It plugs into your existing network and provides local AI compute (coding, document analysis and agents) for your whole organisation, with your data staying on infrastructure you control.

No. Locai One is air-cooled and plugs into any standard wall socket: no water loop, no dedicated circuit, no server room.

Every Locai One comes with our Juno model series, compressed and specialised with our SPACE algorithm for fast local inference. Juno-N, built on Nemotron and specialised for software engineering and agentic workloads, ships at launch and is open on Hugging Face. Juno-Q and Juno-G follow on Locai One; Juno-I and Juno-D on Locai One Pro, with weights coming soon to Hugging Face. You can also run any compatible open-weight model alongside Juno.

Yes. Locai One is not locked to a single model family. Any compatible open-weight model from Hugging Face, or your own weights, can be served on the same appliance under the same access controls and the same API.

Locai OS provides OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible APIs, so existing applications, coding tools and internal agents connect without rebuilding integrations, and without model-provider token charges for every request.

Locai OS is our Linux-based AI operating system. It includes the Management Portal, the Locai App and a Rust-based inference engine that turns the GPUs into a token factory, allowing one appliance to serve many users and workloads at once.

Through the Locai App, a desktop app for Mac and Windows. Employees sign in once on the office network and work with your organisation's AI through a familiar interface. Remote access can be enabled by your organisation when required.

No. Conversations, API requests, uploaded documents and the retrieval index built from them are all processed and stored on the appliance's own encrypted storage. There is no cloud service behind it — prompts and documents never leave the unit.

Yes. The appliance runs happily with no internet connection at all. Remote support is off by default, and any diagnostic session has to be opened by your administrator and is closed afterwards.

Locai Labs is ISO 27001 certified across the design, build and support of the appliance, and the system is built to the transparency and record-keeping expectations of the EU AI Act.

At the current UK VAT rate, the checkout totals are £600 and £1,200. Your reservation date establishes your place in line. UK orders ship first, followed by international orders. Nothing more is due until then. GPU and component costs move, so reserving now is what holds today's price.

Yes. Your reservation payment is fully refundable at any time until you sign the final order form. Email [email protected] and we refund 100% to your original payment method, with no fees deducted. If you're buying as a consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of reserving, and within 14 days of receiving your appliance unless it was built to your specification.

Yes. Your reservation secures the advertised base hardware price for your appliance, £29,950 + VAT (£35,940 inc. VAT) for Locai One and £49,950 + VAT (£59,940 inc. VAT) for Locai One Pro, even if list prices rise before your invitation. Optional configuration, add-ons, delivery and installation are quoted separately.

Yes. Locai One can be bought by an individual as well as by a business. Consumer purchases carry the full protections of UK consumer law, including the cancellation rights set out in our pre-order terms. Prices are shown both excluding and including VAT.
